Three more recommendations: (1) Rolling Quartz ft. Alexa "Xtra" (rock version of Alexa's summery bop) (2) Alexa ft. Diablo "Bomb" (rock version of AleXa's debut song) -- The Diablo here is a Korean metal band. These will probably hook you on AleXa, do the four part "trilogy" of official MV's, "Bomb", "Do Or Die", "Villain", and "Revolution" in order, because there is a storyline. (3) the totally unrelated "Bad Apple (English version)" -- cover of a Japanese game OST song -- by RichaadEB ft. Cristina Vee
On a side note: AleXa is currently competing in NBC's American Song Contest, representing her home state of Oaklahoma (of all places!). She performed in the first episode last week, but I think its a fairly safe assumption that she will advance to the semifinals.
P.s. Don't know if the drummer was in Dream Catcher. But they dropped Goodnight cover from Dream Catcher. And on Wikipedia it says RQ drummer teaches Dream Catcher drummer. So there is a connection.
She teached one of the Members of Dreamcatcher the Drum's but Dreamcatcher itself is not a Band, more like a Girl group (K-pop) with a Rock sound but besides the sound they aren't playing their own instruments like Rolling Quartz does.
@@suresherlock7118 Yeah I know who dream catcher is. Somebody records the music. Wasn't sure if they weren't talking about that person. Professional musician for 40 years. Vocal groups quite often use the same musicians. I took guitar lessons from lead guitarist for Lady A in Nashville. As an example. He's not in Lady A but everyone knows he's their guitar player. I in turn have given lessons and played with many solo acts. I'm known as their guitar player though I'm not in their group. As talented as Dream Catcher is it wouldn't surprise me if many of them aren't talented musicians as well. Doing your own recording when possible is a great way to lower cost. You don't have to hire a studio musician. Know a lot of bands that are 2 people. Multi instrument musicians. Do all their own recording. Then hire the other members for the show's. Nice talking to you.
