He should build the Headquarters in Ozubulu and put a small regional office in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. If he puts this office in Lagos, in time, they will kill his business with huge taxes and he will be unable to do anything about it. I don't know when Igbos will begn to think about their own area If the reason for choosing a city to cite Headquarters is because of airport, then he should consider OEnugu, Awka, Asaba or Owerri.
