I got it at a stationery store in Shanghai :) It's Xiaomi Maowang and you can probably get it online (It's an actual functioning radio/ Bluetooth speaker haha)

I have stopped buying the sakura gel pens because of the same issue. I have never managed to use one up because the gel hardens and they stop working.
