This anime is from the creator of ReZero "tappei nagatsuki" and it's called "vivy- flourites eye's song" it's a really good show, i recommend you watch it sometime when you're free! I love Subaru's character the most too, i wish you all the best!
Can't help it I tried the grace version, I tried the og one and I even tried distorting the audio but RUclips straight up blocks it for everyone no matter what So I had no choice but to use a cover or just not upload it sad
