It’s hard to hide the mischievous expression on your face, intent as you are! Such fun! Thanks for 5 minutes of playfulness away from somber thoughts. 😂😊❤
I just love the beautiful intetpretation and dynamics you impose on this piece. It is not just about speeding through it and finishing as quickly as possible. Thank you!

Dear Joanna, Thanks for always making my day with such lovely, supportive comments. Just awoke to a chilly morning here in CA. Sending warm wishes to you, and blessings for the holidays.. from here to Poland. With Gratitude, Shirley
Thank you for a wonderful year of performances and knowledge. Wishing you a Wonderful Christmas surrounded by the love of family and friends. May the New Year bring you an abundance of Joy, Peace and musical fulfillment. Best! Anabel
What makes this performance great? Well, one could hold forth on your articulation, rhythm, and gentle touch, which last brings out the fortepiano latent in the modern instrument. But the thing that REALLY brings these elements to fruition is the way you take this little galant trifle (which most people give short shrift as a simple teaching piece for not-so-advanced aspiring pianists) and treat it as a real piece of music, composed by a very formidable musician, who was very well thought of by Beethoven in his day. Thus, you teach us a larger lesson: namely, that every piece of music deserves to be performed with honesty and dedication.
Lovely Shirley.❤
Great!

Thanks, Dan.. One of my students is studying this one, so it's a nice companion journey.
It's wonderful to hear phrasing and dynamics. 🎉 Nice piano, too. Thanks for tuning it. 😊
As pretty as a kitten on a summer day.
Just a lot harder to play than a kitten. 😻
Thank you Shirley
