If I see mucus fraud for giving birth should I continue praying?

During research I found can continue prayers after mucus plug coming out but need to clean up and change underwear / pajama before prayer. Mucus plug could be shown few days before birth. For accurate info you can Google.

Islam has nothing do with purchasing cloths for unborn baby. Cultural myth only.
