Speed Composing: Crafting a Symphony in just 6 hours!

Here is a clip for a Symphony (No 32, Opus 268) I just composed today February 4th 2024 in just 6 hours from start to finish!
As complete I mean that the whole "skeleton exists" from bar 1 first movement to last bar of the fourth movement.
The orchestration stills remain to be completed!
As I show you in the video the only scetch I had was for the first movement which I had written down yesterday.
I began the composition around 4:30 in the morning without knowing of course what will follow. After a break at 7 o clock (still in the morning) the first movement was complete.
And then it hit me if I could compose the whole symphony in just one day! Because in some previous occasions I had composed the whole Andante and the Menuett in the same day.
Then continued with the second movement which was completed at 8:00 o clock.
Menuetto completed at 9:30 and the finale at 10:45.
