Majority was just him being locked up and saying what he heard was going on. Especially with the Wayne Carter situation. Not sure how anyone can think its reliable information from a inmate speaking about things happening in the free world. @@kiaunte4you keep making this comment. Regardless of public record, she shouldn’t have said it in open court, it’s irrelevant to this case. All it does is show that she could potentially have a previous bias against him based on their prior encounters.
It’s called an introduction. I’ve practiced in courts, and a judge will introduce herself and mention if they have encountered them before, just for introduction’s sake. Even in the types of hearings I do now, the judge will introduce themselves, and if the person has had hearings before, they will say, you were in my court room before, or you were before another judge. It has nothing to do with bias, and he isn’t even on trial.
@@brynneholt1990 I’ve been in several small court cases and have appeared before the same judge several times. She says my birth name correctly, so she definitely knows who I am but she never mentions it…That’s called respect, decorum and class.
