Stuck on bitlocker recovery may be due to a locked harddrive. Was this device owned previously. If not, then you'll have to reinstall OS to bypass bitlocker

Did you find a solution ? I have the book 3 ultra and I can’t make a dual boot because my usb device isn’t recognized at all.
From the bios screen how can you get your laptop to boot in safe mode it it will not boot
