Flatline Nudge Bar Install for Lights on our Ford Transit DIY Campervan

- In this video, we show you how to install our Ford Transit Nudge Bar from Flatline Van Co.
We installed this nudge bar so that we could attach all of our auxiliary lights, as well as provide some additional protection to the front of the van. With clearly written instructions, we were able to install this nudge bar with very few tools and in under 30 minutes.

Don’t know if you’re aware but Loctite makes a paste version that comes in a chapstick like container. It has a screw bottom to make the loctite raise out of the container just like chapstick. No more leaking and trying to immediately put the cap back on after you APL,y it to a screw. I started using as a Gunsmith and never went back to liquid. Might give it a try.
Dang! Going to have to look into that. Loctite liquid is such a mess.

Potentially the easiest mod we've done on the van. 😂 I was ready for an easy one, though.
Nate the great, this is the guy whose videos got me into and taught me about solar. Unfortunately, he didn't mention how addictive it is, and now I eat, bathe, and run around watching weather patterns while neasuring my diet in watt..... and I'm bankrupt.

🤣😂 We thought it would take longer too. It seems like those timing estimates are usually like "It will take you ____ long if you have installed 8 of these before and know what you are doing"

Nate, I don't remember if you do or do not have the front camera under the Ford emblem on the front grill. If you do, how much does the Nudge Bar block the view from that camera?

Just got done binge watching almost all your videos and I have a question. Is it possible to upgrade a preexisting rig. I.e upgrade the shower to be bigger. I have an idea of what I want but there would be no way I could build from ground up.
It's probably just better to buy what you want/need from the start. At least, that's what I would do.
I am a bit surprised these bolts coming off the Ford are in mm. Not SAE?
