tempest is my most used cleric domain. destructive wrath is a great burst dmg ability. lightning strike is awesome for forced movement. call lightning, fog cloud and sleet storm are great spells. wrath of the storm gives clerics a reaction to use where they'd usually have none. and even if multiclassed to classes that would give shield/absorb elements, it's still useful for dmg+push vs. attacks that shield wont cause a miss for.
