I did this and it still pops up sim not supported. They're both on the same carriers and I reset the network settings and it still keeps saying sim not supported. I did step by step exactly what you said to do but it didn't work

11 promax has never been programed or sim that was in it has not been ever used . Took out of it. A friend of mine's blessed me with the phone but I like to use it but I don't know if I can I don't know if it's owed if it's been stolen I don't have any information on it but I have the phone completely in his box I'm the one that unwrapped it and all so I don't know what I should do can I still use this phone
