    Sterkte! Fijn die zonnepanelen, bij brand dwarrel de glasstukjes kilometers ver. Goed voor het klimaat die zonnepanelen!🎉🎉😂😂

    Glad to see our world has "evolved" to the point that our firefighters are literally riding bikes to fires like we did in the 1850's 😒

    The equipment is so different from Canada.
    I think your trucks are more efficient and faster to setup, but at the same time it may be because our longer distances and lack of water sources in many areas.
    The Winter weather here would not help much. A temperature with wind chill of -40c is a big problem.
    In the case of this fire, there would be no way to save anything except contain it, and that was done correctly.

      One of the differences is that your engines are a lot bigger. This is because the road network in Canada is much more spacious. Here you have many residential areas where everything is quite cramped.

    • @Greylocks
      @Greylocks 9 месяцев назад

      @@janvanholten7592 I fully agree. The distance I would have to travel to reach the nearest large city, Montreal, is about 250 km. In between it's mostly fields and forests. In Europe, 250km can sometimes cover an entire country. I doubt our average fire engine would be able to even drive there due to their size. And yet, the european models of fire engines seem to be quite a lot more efficient as far as instant response goes. I admire efficiency.

      불이 너무 커서 끌 수 없었기 때문에 소방관들은 화재 주변의 건물을 보호하기 위해 초점을 전환했는데 정말 잘 작동했습니다.

    Oh if this fire was in the United States everyone would be saying they don't put fires out they don't know how to fight fires they never use water or not enough water the list goes on and on and on.
    Well, watching this video no one from Europe has no right to complain about how united state fight fires and use this video as example why they shouldn't complain.

    • @patrickthewelder3598
      @patrickthewelder3598 Год назад +5

      How do you want to fight this fire? Just let it burn out of fuel and focus on protecting surrounding properties. It`s a GRIP 2 fire.

      @@ffjsb there were definitily more than 2 lines. If you know the South Metro Fire District, all there equipment equals GRIP 1, this is GRIP 2, that means 2 times that amount of equipment.
