From everything debuted within the last 20 years, Rival Sons are surely the best in all aspects. Outfits, stage performance and, most important, sound. They deserved to be filling stadiums on their own. Were they born the right era, they'd be among the giants.
This was recorded mostly in Muscle shoals Ala. That studio generates a certain sound for sure. They have some really good older material too. Jay's voice is great!
Great tune. The acoustic version is amazing. You should do Mammoth WVH Don't Back Down. Eddie Van Halen's kid. He plays all the instruments in the song. Killer. ✌
(In my opinion) Rival Sons is much more mature band - they have their sound and they have discovered broad horizons with the latest two albums as well. Greta were very lateral but with the latest work, they began to uncover their sound as well.

Was brought up by early 70s classic Rock and this band is the best I have heard for a long long time!

You should react to Tyler Bryant Shakedown. They toured with Rival Sons and are amazing. Eye to Eye and Devil's Keep are both good songs.
