This week, after being cooped up due to tons of rain, Brooklyn and Bailey and their friends decided to go play mud football! It's funny, because half way through they THOUGHT they were really muddy. They looked super clean to me, but ended up the day finally getting dirty like they had hoped! These college kiddos... always looking for a good time!
Bailey and Asa are getting a new puppy, but since they are in the middle of college finals... she asked that Shaun and I take care of him for the week. How long do you think that will last??? He is a super cutie, though!
While I was in Utah a week ago, Shaun stayed home to take care of the littles and finish up on some tax work. The night before I got home, Shaun noticed that Paisley had a cheer competition early the next morning and that I had been mentioning that I really needed to take out her Butterfly Locs before that competition. Since he knew I did not get in until around 11pm at night, he thought we would do me a huge favor by taking out the locs HIMSELF! Pretty darn thoughtful, right? HOW DO YOU THINK HE WILL DO? Shaun deserves his props! Not many dads know how to do anything with their daughter’s hair. The fact that Shaun knew they were called crochet braids surprised me.

shaun doing paisleys hair reminded me of my dad doing my hair. when i was younger, he used to do the same thing- take out my hair so it was easier for my mom when she got back and wow are those fun memories. it was definitely calming for everyone though when my mom came back to do my hair 😂😂

Kamri’s pain could be from food intolerances. I’ve had the worst, stomach pain ever (keeled over like Kamri) and doctors could never figure it out. Tests all came back negative. Would suggest getting tested for that. Hope she feels better. Love this family! ♥️
