If you are a lover of fritters, this Vlog is another choice for you to try.
As you know, there are various kind of fritters with various recipes around the world.
Today, I am gonna introduce the “Burmese Prawn Fritters Salad” from the scratch. Why I am saying “Burmese prawn fritters” because prawn fritters are deep frying by adding the coated batter bean sprout in the mould, stack the coated prawn in the top of the bean sprouts then deep frying. But, nowadays, there are only a few shops who are maintaining the original way of deep frying. This is a street food that you may find this snack at the market, streets etc.
The recipe is quite simple, but you will need to be patient for deep frying. The end result is super delicious, crispy and you will never able to stop from eating. 😋
The most ingredient for the delicious prawn fritters salad is the sauce which is made with chilli sauce, tamarind water and jaggery liquid (plum sugar can also be substituted instead of jaggeries) and salt to taste. If you can make the sauce which is balance between sour, salty, sweet and spicy then the salad will give you over the moon.
