I loved everything about this builder video. It blows my mind how the axel wasn’t welded in a jig or using a measured form as were cuts made with a powered hand grinder/cut wheel without regard to being plumb. Yet, they were! You are incredible, just fantastic. I noticed the gearbox wasn’t accommodated with a carriage or with a modular frame, welding the entire unit to the frame - but it works until it has to be replaced.
this is a very common vehicle in almost every asian country in the countryside, each country has their own names but they're practically the same, although most of them uses a diesel tractor engine with a crank rather than a gasoline powered GX engine.
This is a very cool build. I love how it eliminates steering, plus it would be fairly simple to add another engine to the rear axle to make it a 4x4, and if the center swiveled nicely it could make for some nice articulation. (Also I am very pleased to see that I am not the only person that say “f-it” and welds through the paint...lol)
WOOOW, this is TOP. Its so good to see a video without all the safety and security about sharp and warm tolls, safety glasses and bla bla! And You make it so simple and practical! My hat off for you mister.
its interesting to see a smaller version of this design. We use this vehicle in the phillipines. For hauling everything from wood, rice bags, pigs, and manny more. 👍👍👍
the torque converter is doing great in this build. i saw in lazada 5,000php for the torque converter kit. i was wondering if the torque converter could also be used in smaller engine 49cc

The engine changes look due to the old engine had a gearbox built on it from the first video. That is my guess from what I seen. Very good work on Upgrade
This is brilliant! Makes me want to learn how to weld. I'd have a double U articulated joint to allow lateral movement. You have allowed for movement in 2 directions but not the axis in line with the vehicle.
Next, remove the governor. It wont blow the engine since the torque converter will limit its revs around 5300 rpm. And the valve springs begin to float around 5500 rpms
In my country, I can not put a vehicle like this on the road and got not a hell lot of trouble with the government, thats sad on one hand. But on the other hand life here is in some ways easier, but also less free and careless happy. Nice work dude, have fun and carry one!
@@sierrakilo1174 If the chain is rotating and just by chance something come into contact with the chain at that clip it can push the clip off if the open end is facing the same direction as the rotation of the chain. Clip gone your chain is going to go flying off and may cause injury..

I think you could register that in Tennessee. Just add brake lights, horn, turn signals, and an orange triangle and you could get agricultural tags.

When attaching the locking clip on a drive chain the open end of the clip should always face the opposite direction of the rotation of the chain.
May i ask why? I have a guess, but i would like confirmation if i am right
