Dry grinding jar me Masala dry pis sajate h kya? I am going to purchase this model. But all u mentioned in demo is regarding my son bowl. But pl tell ne how is main multipurpose jar? In which I always do rosted groundnut powder, dryfruits powder, all types of masala dry. Pl ans me as I am going to order it with local shopper in Pune
😭It is made in china product only mktd. By usha Please Don't purchase this product (also read 1 🌟 comments of others you believe what I am saying) 🌟Main problem for me 😭and all that customers grinder big jar(pot) not grinding properly when new(blade are not that much sharp). After some days many customers give feedback also happened with me the bush of grinder jar is get loos and water is out from bottom of jar and after some days it not work. Then we called 😡customer care service centre they say it is out of warranty (2 yrs product &5 yrs motor) . Then service centre of my city said you will cost 2300rs for jar and 300rs for service total 2600 for one new pot(because they said it can not be repaired). And it also get you in minimum 1 month. But now from🙄 3 months it didn't delivered to me. This is main part for grinding to cost how much after usha brand For 11000😡 🌟 Now my main part food processor is not working, first burning smell come out from some days, now it stop working. I complain because still my motor is in warranty but customer service centre of my city and help line number saying to me now that only motor is free replacement other part of machine will take charge of part and 400 rs service charge. I call customer care then they alloted service centre of my city ,buy they didn't come to my home and saying your motor is damaged 😏🤐🧐without checking on call, and they are not coming. Now my food processor of 11,000 is like a showpiece.😞😢😭 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 About other parts -most of other part is rarely used 🌟 Jucier -The part of Jucier is so weak . - didn't extract juice properly (less juice) - with juice also some parts of fruits. Please don't purchase otherwise no one listen for your query. It is made in china product only mktd. Hi watched ur video. My height is 5 feet. Usha FP height is 29 cm. Bowl plus cover with feeder tube amazon shows 80 cm in total. How can I manage on my kitchen counter top? Pl can u reply me machine to feeder tube total height? Want to buy in this festive season

Other things are working gud...can u plz suggest why the blender jar is not working???im so disappointed with tht blender jar...i just put half of papaya pieces n very little water with a half inch fresh turmeric,nthng hard even..but it cudnt blend it... Yes dear see if you are putting a little amount in a big Jar it may not get blend properly else you can blend it on little more time on 2 function but what I suggest if it’s a smaller amount you can always try with the middle jar this is what I am doing but since my experience concerned I have made more than 5-6 times banana smoothie and strawberry smoothie in large jar only with the milk and it’s turned out so thick and well in consistency, since it’s a very big jar if you will try to make Smoothie for one person in less quality it may not give you proper results try doing this other method which I mentioned above 👍🏻😊
The machine is good no doubt but the jars are too delicate The blending jar fell from a height of approx 1 foot and it cracked Bow I am unable to buy a new jar
I have purchased from Amazon only.It is unfortunate that some people must have faced some problems but I am using since last five months and completely satisfied with this product
When I took the delivery of the food processor, the juicer jar was broken. On my complaint, it was changed within 4 days. I believe that this could have been the fastest response from any company.
As of now I don’t required any after sales service but what I have inquired before purchasing that there are few customer care numbers through that we can contact. In the manual also they have provided some numbers👍🏻
Has anyone tried dried coconut shredding in usha 3811. Which attachment to use?. Not getting it properly. Also, how to check if noise level is acceptable and the piece is not faulty before closure of replacement window at Amazon. Thanks.
Yes you have to use shredding disc which is given , see noise is there but that you only have to identified by yourself, compare to other mixer noise is higher
Pls note that assembling of this processor is very tedious...its very difficult to asemble the attachments to the motor. If not done properly, machine doesn't start.
Kash fruit filtter bhi hota waise iske shredding blade sahi nahi hai ek bahot zyada Barik hai or dusra bahot zyada mota jis wajah se mujhe ye food processor acha nahi laga😒👎
I know but I m comfortable with this two blade never face any problem. So I think it’s always individuals choice with which product you want to go with but a as far as this product reviews it is perfectly working fine 👍🏻

What about the fruit wastage? I recently bought one, but felt the pomegranate was not properly squeezed and there were more wastage than usual.
