Totally agreed on all your points, I'm not sure about other areas but I know my old studio also offered bundle classes for the year for people that just want to go every so often and not have pay the monthly fee. Personally I think it works for people that like to change up there workout and just want a boost once and awhile.

I've always wondered about orange theory! There are so many different gyms you can join!
I know there really are so many!!! you should deff at least try one class! the first one is free :)
The cost of the core heart rate monitor is 69.00, not 100.00 :) And they usually discount it if you refer someone to try a class.

It depends on the heart rate monitor. The chest one is cheaper, but the arm band is 100ish

gave you seen changes in your body since joining?
hi!!! I liked it but did not see HUGE changes! but honestly I was trying to maintain my weight and all that so I ate more! I think if you joined and burned that many calories and ate like you did regularly, you would for sure lose weight!
