Moses' willingness to sacrifice himself for Israel, even after their sins, exemplifies a shepherd's heart. This message also addresses the long-suffering nature of God, illustrated by His patience with King Manasseh and Apostle Paul. We are encouraged to embody these qualities, developing patience and a heart for others, just as our Heavenly Father does.
