@@detherocablest7054ort in that fight has VERY low atk, and does even less damage to xu fu ( because of class advantage) + Xu Fu heals almost full hp on NP so ORT is incapable of defeat her.

It was a joke based on how absurd "Grand Foreigner" is. Plus she is a brick house and might as well be considered "Grand".

Memory is a bit vague but it's probably the one with Raikou in an apron(clothes underneath of course) or whatever that is. You can just google "fgo ce dmg" and it'll give you a link to a list in the wiki.
