Since moskov first skill cd is refreshed after basic attacks, along with Trinity build is enough to chase or dodge ,long range build is not necessary
As a moskov main with 3k matches ,malefic roar is much more effective

Depends on the enemy. If they have high hp then trinity is better cuz of demon hunter. But you could always buy demon hunter with crit too
