Hi jodie, we all have days like theses. But please remember you are going through so much. Coping with chronic illness, rising a family, each week you are going out purchasing all these lovely clothes and then coming home and doing all these lovely hauls each week it's a lot. Plus you have yourself to take care of, your wellbeing is important. There will be days when you may feel down and not motivated, please don't be hard on yourself. If you have off days it's OK to feel this way. Everything you said I can identify with you. The main thing is that you are aware of it. But don't put pressure on yourself.
Well done with your boys, I only have one son and I know as mother's we can sometimes spoil them without realising it, but I like the fact that you are teaching them the value of money and also work ethics. You must be so proud of them.

I love love you and your channel. After watching this today... I had to admit to myself the limitations of having a chronic illness. Today started well, like you said.. And then boom... Pain and feeling really unwell.
I literally went to lay down.. Which is rare!
You are such a beautiful soul. Gorgeous women and today you felt like a friend.

Hi Jodie another great vlog, you have such a beautiful family. I just want to say something to you as a friend it’s ok not to be ok. Talking about your chronic illnesses and your mental health you are helping someone that is going through the same illnesses. And it’s better to talk than keep everything bottled up. You are so lovely and us women all have off days! As women we wear lots of different hats such as cook, cleaner, domestic goddess, and loads more! Its great to have a day to yourself and you should do it more often! I love that you are honest, kind and grounded! your vlogs are great and you have the best smile girl!! xxx

Hey Jodie! Talk about it..we are here for support and encouragement. However I get it this is a personal journey. I am intentionally walking 3 miles a day and keeping track of the days..today is day 60💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 It helps me so much mentally and I can tell a difference when I do slack off . Starting pilates on RUclips is what got me back out there. I was "managing" terrible back pain and I could barely walk. Give yourself GRACE and take things day by day.. ❣ this vlog and your transparency

Yesssss Jodie, you know I've been waiting for these car vlogs and you delivered 😂 it was really good ❤ we all have our bad days where all we do is cry I do it too. Sometimes I'm crying because I'm so fed up but then put some music on and that cheers me up a little but I get where your coming from it's not easy. We always see you so bubbly and cheerful but don't feel you have to be like this all the time. Your human and I for one don't expect you to be cheerful all the time. I relate to you because your like a open book so don't worry if you come on here and have a moan we're here for you 🤗🥰 my son loves his aftershave too and would often spray some of his dad's before going out and always gives us a kiss before going and his dad would always smell his aftershave but say nothing just smile and when he's gone would say 'he's got my aftershave on again'!! So we started buying for birthdays and his favourite is Prada's aftershaves expensive but he'd make it last. He would get compliments but would never tell anyone what it was and would say 'oh, it's one my mum and dad bought' but now I see you've bought one for Kamarley 9pm and the one for Zion so I'm going to look for both of them as his birthday is coming up the end of the month so he can have 2 for the price of 1 hopefully they're not too expensive!! We have to be clever here 😂😂 my sister said she saw you in Stratford City the other day and I didn't take her seriously, she said she wanted to come and say hi and tell you I'm your number one fan but you were with your family and didn't want to intrude I didn't believe she saw you but now seeing you were there I'm going to have to tell her she was right 😂 right I'm off out now hubby is saying let's go I'm saying he has to wait I'm sending my girl a message hubby asks whose that I tell him it's you he says it's going to be a long one then 😂😂 he knows me too well 😂😂 right I'm finished he'll be happy 😂 hope you have a lovely rest of your day and week ❤ take care, oh, he's still going to have to wait going to put washing out before we go 😂😂 I'm terrible I know 😂 bye 🥰

Love yr honesty I also find it so hard to be motivated I going to try an aqua fit for over 50 soon I'm just no good at dieting x

I truly understand and agree with you that you need 2 have time 2 yourself I try and do it with shopping but that's getting old because I have all these clothes, I go nowhere and I no.longer have space 2 store them in my home.
I shut down when I was obese and with all my health issue starred to not care so my skin is ridiculous and all because self care went out the window. Now I'm losing weight and starting 2 feel better about my body and want 2 start back with self care. The thing is my work life is STRESS and my home life is MORE STRESS therefore I have no PEACE. I don't even want 2 touch on my health life and the foolishness I'm going through with my doctors that I will now have to change 🤬🤬🤬.
@mikspoonks I can relate as I too shop which like you makes you feel good for a short time but like you said we have no where to store it all please even get around to wearing it all. I know life can be so stressful, but just try even 30 mins out of your week to do something for yourself.

I really enjoyed the vlog. For aftershave, I know teenage boys can be a bit picky. If they want the scent but you don’t want to pay the price maybe try something like Essence Vault who do inspired perfumes that smell like the real deal? Also I’m sure you know this but if you’re using vitamin C and acids (like AHA) you need to use spf as it makes your skin more vulnerable to the sun. 😊
