I have a recommendation! I think you should try roleplaying therapists with like some note taking/writing sounds also this is amazing! Great job on the tests she does. Pretty accurate!

Can you do a finger snapping ASMR video series with your fingers turned facing us and while snapping, say focus on my snaps, let them relax you, focus on my nails as I snap, let it continue to relax you. It's best done as an auditory and visual trigger, and it would help the visuals with nail polished fingers?😊

But yet again, I use humor to cope with the fact that im slowly going blind in one eye, so lol I guess
