nvm he already can at Level 60 + Complete Attack Up Talent + Strengthen + Savage Blow (I didn't count Orbs) with 1555200 damage, roughly 10 times his normal level 30 attack power and also equaling 93293 DPS!

The way I see it crit operates by striking at the opponent's vital points, kinda like in first person shooters where hitting the head scores a headshot generally. So the cat is using that strategic hit to strike the metal enemy where they are vulnerable, thus allowing them to deal full damage to them. Savage blow, on the other hand, is more like brute force; you're just hitting as hard as you can without regard of weak points, which is basically the same as brute forcing a metal enemy. Therefore, savage blow cannot penetrate the metal's defenses and doesn't deal full damage. That's the way I choose to see it anyways...
Lasvoss does 1,752,300 damage in this video which is more than enough to eliminate all but the relic and metal cyclone. (Also imagine liking your own comment 😮)
