I'm completely on Bang Chan's side. He's an artist and he's not responsible for ticket sales. People need to finally understand this. If there are problems with tickets, then contact the ticket sellers and not the artists.❗And I think it's a shame that you have to discuss something like this during the "rare" fan call. How ridiculous is it to complain to the idol when they have nothing to do with ticket sales.
Fr, people were in the Fan community spamming how annoyed they were and were yelling for refunds (which ain't happening pabo 😒) and we tried to tell them "this is not the place to complain and you can't blame the kids just because you feel somehow left out because of how the website decides to sell tickets". Even the rules for membership stated that just because you join, does not mean you are guaranteed ticket access and availability varies depending on the seller.
Some ppl just get butt hurt and don't know how to comprehend rules, yet take it out on the kids and hate on them. 🙄

That person was insane, is not like fans who just say something reckless or pretend to be too close to the idol. It seems like when a kid throws a tantrum bc doesn't understand when their parents explain why can't do something. And other problems about this situations are whenever something happens with Chan and some fan, always appear ppl who take advantage of it to somehow blame him saying 'he behaves like the fandom buddy', when that has nothing to do with this person's specific case and when in fact since years ago Chan is one of the very few idols who has called out anyone who has crossed the line, and when I have even seen 'weird Stays' having some kind of resentment towards him bc he said ppl must stop assuming he was tired and wanted to stop interacting with fans. Also he never did anything to imply he is like someone with super powers 'who can solve everything' , he has only shown he intends to help his members and staff as much as he can, and cheer up some Stay who was sad, that's all. Like, God forgive Chan never acted like a very fake idol in front of camera or BB, so malicious people always try to blame him in every single case. And when that fan's attitude it's due to Stays who wanted believe that he is a father who pretends to be aware of everything that has to do with some random Stay on Internet. But in another hand I don't want to assume that his day was ruined because of this, there are more good fancalls than bad ones, and in this event too.

I really strongly believe that companies should stop fan calls
Its makes idols uncomfortable and the fans have no respect. The idols who like the calls can continue but the ones who dont should be allowed to back out😢.
I don't think that will work. For example Felix is one of the idols who would probably back out on fan calls. Fans who are Felix biased might feel like they're being deprived of meeting their favorite idol bc again Kpop fans will be Kpop fans and might throw a fit. I think it's better to just do away with fan call on a whole.
Agree, get rid of fancalls. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the part of being an idol that they hate the most atp. I'm tired of seeing calls like this where people are just stupid, or people harassing them and asking them to do really weird things. Don't you see it's basically another way to milk the fans out to buy more albums. The only way to get fancall tix is to spend thousand of dollars on the shop or best buying albums and merch continously in extravagant amounts. It's raffle based system.. Kinda like lottery so the higher your number of participantation the higher the chance of you getting pick.
The company can easily dismiss the fancall but they won't.
So the issue of complaint really should be send out towards the company management.

And they did this by taking things he said at some point out of context to go everywhere saying the typical comments like 'Chan scolded us and hates us' 'Chan is not going to like this' they also assume he is aware of every meaningless things and say 'Chan knows and it's going to punish us'.
