To be honest, I almost unsubscirbed as well. It's just that I subscribed in the first place because I'm obsessed with selfcare videos (hygiene, skincare, body care, etc) and especially empties (I love your empties!!), "organize my collection with me", and "what's in my shower", and you are one of the only youtubers that have done videos showing and organising products, which is super satisfying to watch and how I found your channel. It's just that vlogs are too personal and boring to watch, it's just not interesting to watch a person do daily things uness it's selfcare-related (at least for me), but you're not the only one who does that. many youtubers I subscribed to mainly do vlogs now. I think the video creator should film and upload whatever they want cause that's the point of creating. We, on the other hand, can skip videos or unsubscribe from a channel. And don't take the number of unsubscribers as an indicator of anything at all. Nowadays, viewers have a super short attention span, and subscribe/unsubscribe super quick, cause they changed their mind, not because of the content quality of a channel =)
I genuinely appreciate this comment so much!! It gave me some more insight and made me feel a lot better. I should've mentioned in the video, I still am going to do empties videos and organizing videos but they just won't be dedicated to only hygiene videos. I will incorporate all beauty products as I've been doing and the organizing videos I will do clothes too. But unfortunately with those type of videos there's only so many I can do because it's like how often can I reorganize and have enough empty products for a whole video, you know? But this comment was super helpful! See me personally I love watching vlogs and seeing peoples everyday tasks so I guess everyone has different things they like! But I am still going to do the best I can to incorporate those type of things in my vlogs or do dedicated videos here and there. Thank you so much for your feedback 🤍
I agree! it’s totally fine if she wants to make other content bc its her channel, but I initially subscribed for the self care/hygiene videos. I also find vlogs to be a bit boring
