Usually, the software identifies two cameras easily, no further user interaction is required. But you need to be sure that the USB slots are suitable for the data rate of the camera. With the help of the "?" symbol in pco.camware, you can create logfiles. Please connect both cameras, enable logfiles and re-start pco.camware. After that, create the support ZIP file and send it to support@pco.de, we will analyse your setup and assist you to enable your dual camera operation quickly.
