Hey! When was this filmed. I’m interested in going up now. Just wondering whether the cable cart is open to take us up and if there is much snow?

Hi Michaela, it was filmed in summer, August 2022. The cable car seems to be temporarily closed now, but you can find more accurate infos about the schedule on the website: www.fassa.com/en/ski-lifts-slopes/summer-lifts. I guess there's still quite a lot of snow up there.

Hi, there is no cable car transport until the 17th of May according to their website. The Piz Boe refuge is also closed until June and the route can be quite dangerous to do while there's still snow and maybe ice on it. A portion of it is via ferata, on both ascent routes.
