It's like they're vehicle versions of modern beastformers; have an alt mode that looks MOSTLY like what it's supposed to, but be sure to have plenty of robot bits poking out so they don't look TOO disguised.

I think I like Starscream better than Bee. The next Hasbro transformer I'm getting though, is Omega Prime. Loved that set and now it's getting a makeover :D

Pretty nice, wish they would stop making Bumblebee into some kind of buff warrior, he was the perfect "everyman", small and weak physically but brave and loyal which made him a good role model for kids originally.
I agree. And also, stop making him a muscle or sports car, an economy car would better reflect his "everyman/underdog" status a lot better. Sports car just makes him generic and too much like Hot Rod or Hot Shot, which Hasbro seems to love doing for some reason.
Bumblebee should be a sweet, chubby lil' guy.
I like how they actually use Starscream's intakes instead of just having faux ones under the jet. I think the last Starscream to do that (at least official Starscream) was the original MP mold.

I remember hearing someone say it was supposed to represent like burn damage or something?
The idea is that humans rebuilt the damaged transformers, so it represents mismatched metal they were forced to use
@@medafan53Seems rather half baked to me. I think post apocalyptic, I expect more than just a few mismatched parts.
