Round, great idea for this. You and I have exchanged, I too, was a ex college athlete. Well, I didn’t get as extreme gain about an extra 50 pounds that was not necessary and certainly not healthy. I’ve lost 32 of that after 13 weeks, and I have very good momentum to finish the journey. I greatly appreciate your voice and insights. It adds a lot to have these other external thoughts and experiences shared. Keep it up and I wish you very well !
Thank you and congrats on being down 32! You will reach your goal faster than you may realize. Keep up the great work and thanks for your continued support!
Do agree that men are underrepresented in the GLP-1 community. We are the minority of GLP-1 users, but not so much so that we should be as quiet as we seem to be. 🤨 There’s also a scarcity of really good male content creators in this space (Dr. Dan, Dave Knapp, Chris Durham, Dr Nadolsky and Dr Michael Albert are the only ones that really come to mind), so there’s definitely a lane for you to fill a need and make an impact. The sermorelin seems interesting. Assume that’s through IViM as well? Will be curious to see what your longer-term experience is with it. HGH levels definitely do drop a lot with age, and can cause health issues and decrease overall quality of life. 😢 And congrats on your nearly 30 percent of bodyweight weight-loss(!). That’s pretty amazing, and you seem to be doing most all of the right things to support that. 👍 (And I’m a tiny bit jealous, ‘cuz I’m only at 21 percent so far. Still losin’, though. 🤷🏻)
I follow all of those creators and I absolutely love their content. Dave, Dr. Albert, Dr. Dan, and Dr. Nadolsky were critical as prior to me starting my journey and wanting to educate myself. Yes, the sermorelin is from IViM. I am really hoping that it will help me further recoup my body, but the additional sleep is worth it by itself. You never realize how much an additional 30 mins or an hour of sleep can help. Congrats on your 21%. That is amazing and I am sure you will keep moving the needle!
Thank you so very much for watching, commenting, and supporting. Hopefully I can reach more men, especially Black men, who are at such greater risk for all kinds of conditions.
This is a much needed and timely video. I am delighted at the notion that taking care of yourself and working diligently to be as healthy as possible is one of the most masculine things a man can do. I don’t think anyone can argue that you have not been THROUGH it and your experiences continue to make you strong. You sharing this journey and some real goals, microgoals, and going back to your “WHY” is great to hear. More men need to be reminded that it’s okay to take care of themselves. It’s not weak to want to live healthy and take advantage of all the tools available. Can’t wait to see this series! You are the catalyst for changing the conversation and some of the dynamics.
I fully agree with what you have stated here. Too often we put our care off. I have been guilty of this myself. It is time to learn a different way. I hope I can spark others to at least look into it and hopefully I can do the cause justice in these videos.
@@RoundMoundofZepbound you’re doing a great job and you’re starting the conversation and contributing by telling your story. It’s pretty dope to see. I can’t wait to see what’s in chapters 2,3, etc. Keep on telling it.
It's been inspirational to watch your progress over the months. Love that you are putting the call out to other men, and sharing your success. Men are indeed underrepresented and don't seek health care support as much. I wish that these peptide meds had been available for my beloved little brother, who had a similar sports background to you. I hope your experience reaches many men and helps them to find renewed health and longevity in their own lives.
Thank you so very much! That is my hope as well. I know we tend to put things off when it comes to our health and seeking medical care. I hope that we can change that narrative. I'm sorry for the loss of your brother. I lost my little sister a few years back, so I can completely understand the pain and the void that is left when you lose a sibling.
You are definitely an inspiration for everyone that is interested in GLP medication or who is currently taking an GLP medication. Very proud of you taking control of your health. Continue doing what you are doing you have a great platform that encourages and motivates the GLP community. 😊😊😊
Great video! You have been through a long journey which should make you so proud of your accomplishments. I hope more males see this & reach out to you. Keep up the great work!💪🏽
Charles this is awesome. I'm sharing with family. Thank you so much
Thank you! I really hope they can find use of it!

Just measured. Interesting week for me.
Down 1.5 lbs but down 3.1 lbs of fat

Thank you! I hope to see more men get in this journey. It’s life changing
Nice recap. Thank you
Thank you!
Thank you so much for doing this. I just picked up my first dose of zepbound and have been looking to hear from a man about his experience.
So happy to hear and welcome to the GLP1 community! Wishing you well on your journey and I hope you stick around!
Great video. You made great points about being a man on this journey. You’ve put in the work and it shows.
Thank you! 🙏🏽
