It is an added feature with some packages when you buy the car. So same model doesn't always mean same features. I have a Fiat 500L with same features. Opening all the windows before you enter the car is also very handy feature in hot summer days when the car was parked on the sunny spot for a longer period of time. It makes the difference so you dont get into the oven before you open the windows. When I bought my Fiat brand new and I was hassling with the seller to get the price even lower she told me she cannot make much more better deal as the car is already packed with all the extras available at the tim. Being mail who never reads the manual, I also discovered this feature (and others) by accident.
I had to try this on my current design spec car, but alas it didn't work. I've watched your video about enabling this function with the launch scanner tool, but alas I don't have one. I'm thinking of asking the dealer to make sure this is enabled on my new GR Sport when it comes. Thanks for sharing this 👍

i enabled the function myself , i have a odb scanner that has the functions to turn on custom modes , i will try to do the same set up on a yaris design i have access to and report back
Yep, I've tried and it works! Funny, in my old Citroën C4 power windows lifts on its own when locking if any window was left down.

It's a well known feature on other cars also with electric windows. My volkswagen in 2008 had that feature already.

My Toyota dealer says it is not a function on my basic GR Sport. Mabe it's because yours has a City Pack.
