This is excellent, thanks for the in-depth tutorial. Now i have more things to work on! Getting a slam into a cascade would be good.

​@@cascadejuggling I finally got a slam throw within a cascade and have been trying to work on the boston shuffle. I managed to do the full shower yesterday too, so im happy about that, as i never thought i'd do it!
