But seriously, stopping in British cruisers feels more like you throw it in neutral and put oars out rather than having an engine that does it. Seriously pathetic. I think I’d rather have slower acceleration and a functional reversing gear than the quick acceleration they currently have.
@@rildain76 Basically jup. Then again, there is a simple tactic to overcome this (most of the time). Anticipate the positions of enemy ships and when you feel contact is imminent go to half speed. When you get detected and have to pop smoke, the deceleration is easy from half speed. If you want to go to flank speed again, it is also no problem.
It would be good if u show your upgrades and your captain skills of the ship u play for each match u play. And also give us an idea for other upgrades you think.
Got a Kraken the other night playing Leander and I have to say I was not expecting to be able to do that with a light cruiser. Kinda looking forward to going down this line
It's also statistically more radars in your games, because you won't encounter tier V anymore, from V-IX to VI-X, you go from 23 possible radar ships to 34, not to mention those are pretty popular (because you'll encounter much more Smolensk/Stalingrad/Petro than Atlantas or Belfast)
I've had a lot of fun and a lot of rage induced with Eddy. I've also found that nobody expects a radar Edinburgh and she can be quite devastating to DDs caught with their pants down, thinking you can't spot them. Adjusting to encountering so many radar ships took me a while.

That along with MB guns jamming during games and specially when you are using MBRB in Jean Bart etc. Torps jamming when you fire?! GG WG ...... GG!
He's not wrong about the console version... we need a bunch of QoL improvements. We've only just gotten map pinging 1 patch ago, and still have no armor view. But hey no carriers yet 😁

Ah Fiji, my go to stress-relief ship. Or XP/Free XP grinder in Narai. Easy 250-300k in Narai with this monster with well timed smokes and torps and no instant deletion by Missouri
Ahhh, Fiji... a ship whose biggest problem is that it's almost *too* big an upgrade over the predecessor. Leander's... not a bad ship, but middling for the tier. Fiji is possibly the best Tier 7 ship... so good that people think she's better than Edinburgh... she's not, and Edi's a good ship, too, but after the massive leap from Leander to Fiji, Fiji to Edi feels almost underwhelming.

I prefer fiji or even Edinburgh over mino. because mino and neptune are too thicc to survive. with fiji you can sometimes get away with nose in battles, but with mino you can't. plus nose in mino only has 4 guns and fiji 6. I grinded mino as my first T10 cruiser and I feel dissapointed.
So, the beginning of the video you were saying something about fitting the entire keyboard onto a controller? You do realize they have WoW on console right? And they have aircraft carriers and AA and everything. Its already been done.
It’s a very easy ship to get wrecked in, especially early game with CVs, radars, hydro, and aggressive DDs. Your armor is terrible and the heal won’t save you from a determined barrage. But played cautiously it can be devastating to enemy teams. Your smokes and withering fire means most stuff within range melts, and it can be very potent in ambushes on other cruisers and DDs.

console wows is a joke 7vs7 the highest tier bb for the uk foe example is the vanguard........yeah you read me correct that pos tier 1-7 and russian legendary captains are the only one that get ifhe mhmm
This ship is so boring. Doing 1-5k per barrel. Can't focus anyone. Useless against DD. Useless against angled cruisers and BBs. Torpedos are still useless. I can do 100k damage on IJN or USS cruisers. But this? 50k maximum. In a very boring careful gameplay.
I was an alpha tester for Warships on console and the devs ignored everything we suggested. The 7 tier system, captains and their skills, and so many other things just make the game feel meh. I had to quit because it was so...mediocre. They turned the greed button up to 11. Butchered.implementation of ships like Yamato was the last straw for me. That and the latency is complete garbage. It's definitely aimed at a lower threshold of gamer. You know, morons who accept mediocrity.
Lol a keyboard designed for writing is more intuitive for playing a game than a gamepad designed for literally that one thing, ahem. Echo.. echo.. *tumbleweed*

That is a bug with the new update. It shows the last image of the previous game at the end of the current game. So Flambass played a CV before that.

I love Edinburgh as much as Fiji, which is a lot. Better torps, much better heal, better concealment... but you'll be facing T10's now. Good luck.
Funny enough I am way better in Edin than in Fiji. Once it was upgraded I really liked Edinburgh.
