    That looks great! One thought I had was to put the cream cheese in the freezer for a couple of hours prior to smoking it. Might make scoring it easier & assist in it picking up the smoke. I'm going to try this soon on my Yoder YS640. Thanks Suzie & Todd.

    This looks amazing!! I'm really excited to try it! How early can I make it? If I make this 2-3 days before a party, will the smoke get more intense and overwhelm the rest of the cheese?

    Looks delicious! You have confirmed my two thoughts about smoking cream cheese. 1. Don't do it on foil and block the smoke from the bottom of the block. 2. You don't need to smoke at 225º. A lower temperature will give you more smoke.

    225 is perfect no need to go lower just set the cream cheese on a piece of foil

    You say the cream cheese is 2 blocks 16 oz. each. I think you meant (2) 8 oz blocks totaling 16 oz.
