Hi Mike, really sorry to hear this. Could you please email Hellp@tailfin.cc and the team will be able to sort this issue out for you.

Should you add assembly grease to the bolts like when attaching most other things to the bike? I assume not as that would undermine the blue lock-tight, but just wondering, for future dismantling (which I guess isn't too necessary).

I find it hard to pull the metal pins to remove the aeropack. Any tips? I tried to remove the seat post mount first or second but it didn't make it easier...

Hi Kobe, to ensure a snug fit we place rubber bushings in the dropouts, sometimes they can initially be a bit tricky to locate the aeropack into so we recommend pushing the other side of the Dropout in and then pulling the release pin to alleviate this problem.

Good instructions. It’s a bit of work but the final product is really worth it.

Couldn't they make the ordering options a wee bit more complicated?

Hi Rob. We appreciate there are lots of different option on our site, we try to make our kit fit as many bikes as possible. If you've ever got a question regarding orders, please do reach out to us at Support@tailfin.cc

@@TailfinCycling I appreciate the reply. I've tried getting clarity from Tailfin previously but, although the reply was swift and courteous, I was still left not knowing which option and extras best suited both my needs and my bikes. If you can make that easier (I know I'm not the only giving this feedback) that would lead to more sales I'm sure.

Why dont the roll top closure buckles clip to each other like most roll top bags. The end buckles are awkward and don't even look right/good? A little disappointing honestly for such an awsomely engineered product!

That kind of closure works for tubular bags that close on the circle side. With such a wide opening, having buckles that clip onto each other won't work as it would change the shape of the bag too much due to having to connect two buckles that are farther apart.

nice video but in the future please make videos with a bright, white background. You are assembling dark parts on a dark surface with a black background. Makes no sense. The lack of instructions shipped with this product is maddening. I have had to piece together random videos and I still cannot figure out what all the parts are for. How do you not send instructions--or at least a QR code?
