    Okay, helpful video! Thanks!
Also, I recommend to use a third-party parental control apps (Kids Watch, Time Boss ...)
to get remote access to the kids PC from your mobile phone, forced breaks, time limitation of websites in any browsers ...

@@ITCHYTECHY The only thing that works, is a timer on the electrical group for the kids room. A) that is no-fuzz for the parents, once set up, it stays working, and B) it kills every device. What about Phones and Wifi? I fix that by giving kids their own wifi-access point in their room on their computer. Both Windows and Mac allow ethernet to wifi sharing of the internet access.

can Microsoft family features see all the search history, browsing history, etc of browsers like opera, brave or chrome?

Nope. It cannot monitor apps other than Microsoft apps. But you can block third-party apps and allow only the Microsoft apps. Then you can monitor all the activities.

Be warned before turning any of this on. I would say, never set up Microsoft Family Safety, and make all kids 18 at birth. Talk with them about rules, turn of the house internet and Wifi at night (good for the parents too) and skip this video. Turning this on can lead to a lot of issues, like locked out accounts, lost purchases, endless typing of security codes from email, endless waiting in support chat and even divorce. Yes people, Family Safety makes hell break loose in the Family! It won't be a safe place after you start with this crap.

Well. Some people may find it is difficult and annoying. But when security gets tight the more difficulties you may face, more email, more OTP's, more checkpoints etc..
