Citadelum First Look. Any good? We play the 1st Campaign level to find out - Review Key Provided

Today we take a first look at Citadelum which is a new city builder set in Ancient Rome. The game has a free play mode plus a campaign mode which we'll take a look at today.
The version we're looking at is a pre-release version so there might be some bugs and or changes on final release.
