I tought about it. Asked many friends,seniors and professors. Getting into a top tier MBA college here or abroad, has the same level of exam preparation struggle as that of the UPSC. MBA without experience from regular institutes is a waste of time. I didn't want to waste much time considering my age after so many attempts. I decided to do short certifications to add to my resume. The market was in slack due to layoffs and slow hiring, but they helped me get into a startup. I recently switched the company. Trust me, the companies value skills more over degrees. I may do a company sponsored MBA later but since I already have a masters so it won't make much sense. Will see. I just wish I had quit my preparation earlier and worked on gaining more experience.

You should consider doing an executive MBA from IIM A, B, C which has workex ranging from 3-10 yrs. You'll be eligible for it.
