I have a very cool PK setup to try out on your 75att 1def. Basically max strength, with atlatl, elder maul (or claws, ags, gmaul), bluemoon staff, on ancients using magic cape, or north caves, or GE fights. With only chaps and 2H-weapon switch (just 2 items), camping fury, infernal/fire, manacles, no need for ranged potion just combat, and using elder robes now that they're buffed -- you'll hit 33 barrages, and MASSIVE melee and ranged damage. You'll have plenty of room for food. All the weapons have a spec bar. Should only be like 10m risk (if berserker i, not ultor ring).
I remember that fight, I basically just stuffed my face with as much food as possible for 2 mins lol GG
