The Short Girl is Erika Foss. She is from Madison, WI. She was in Mama Mia in Vegas and has done other shows. A very talented young lady. Her mother is a professional Opera singer and her father is a choral conductor.
ME TOO!!!! I saw it when a bunch of girls I know did it in a choir concert, and it was the funniest one other than Hey Jude!!! I LOVE IT! And these guys are amazing! All of 'em look so confident.
That a capella part is orgasmic. Musical theatre majors of University of Michigan: STOP KEEPING ME UP SO LATE WATCHING VIDEOS OF YOU. (Though I;d love to know where the grads ended up after all this stuff..)
amazing! guys you make me smile! fab! oh i wish i was drama school again... make the most of it as you'll be out of work for 6 months of the year! lol! Fab
I think the first girl is dressed really nicely. And even if she wasnt, who cares? Do you think no ones ever thought that you looked shit in the morning. Besides whats important is the talent, and all the voices were superb, I thought acting lacked a bit for the most part, except the girl in the red who was just brilliant, hence why I think she stood out so much :)
how do you find the sheet music for A...My name is Alice ?? I can't find the music for any of these songs the U of M MT's do, it's so frustrating- but good cause they're so original..
The only thing bad about this is "and I learned the bass guitar" because she does a strumming motion when everyone knows you don't strum the bass. Other than that tiny detail... GREAT!
To me it sounds like the unique styling of each voice has been kinda stripped away, they all have basically the exact same technique. But based on tone the girl in the black dress with pulled back brown hair was my favorite.
Don't say that. There's always room for a masculine lead on stage. Just try out and see what happens. You have to believe in yourself! And everyone loves a good bass :D
For being a teacher your grammar and spelling are pretty bad. And also, there is no need for 2 periods at the end of sentence, so I guess your punctuation is not good either.
One of the best interpretations of this song!!!
Years later and I still stan Nina and that "Diana Ross".
The harmonies on this are absolutely amazing!
I’ve loved this video for years!! Anyone know what great things these women have gone on to do?

To me it sounds like the unique styling of each voice has been kinda stripped away, they all have basically the exact same technique. But based on tone the girl in the black dress with pulled back brown hair was my favorite.
Why do they all sound the same? They all have really nice voices, but a very similar sound.
they all sound the same. but i love this video. The two "mom" characters are my fav lol
yay nina!
She looks more confident than anyone, and she's probably the shortest. Why are short people so good?
Sometimes I see people like this...and I wonder why I think I'm good enough to do musical theatre...
HAHAHA WE'RE CREEPERS :)
[sorry to spam!]
btw do you have fb so we can get a message going or something?
hey joanna :)
(i think?)
Do you already have this song? I also don't know where i can get it.
A . . . My Name is Alice.
probably be better if the top wasn't tucked into them BUT she does to learn to act the whole way through a song not just when she is singing!
Straps are good for dresses for most girls.
Don't say that. There's always room for a masculine lead on stage. Just try out and see what happens. You have to believe in yourself! And everyone loves a good bass :D
The director should have caught that
4th it!
...i think it's red...
Ricky Foss
do you not the girl in the shorts is quite false at the start? fab voice but her acting through song switches on and off!!!!
Haha. I would've done that, too, so if you're like me and don't know anything about htat stuff, you'd be oblivious.
For being a teacher your grammar and spelling are pretty bad. And also, there is no need for 2 periods at the end of sentence, so I guess your punctuation is not good either.
That was horrible.
