How to prepare and cook oil sardines

    1 kilo tamban / sardines cleaned
    Brine:
    1. Cup salt
    4 cups water
    Ilagay ang fish sa tubig na npmay asin for 30 mns.
    4 pcs pickles cut
    1 tbsp ground blk pepper
    1 head bawang
    8 leaves laurel
    2 tbsp rosemary dry or fresh
    15 pcs olives
    50 cc patis (3.1/2 tbsp )
    Chili
    600 cc
    Olive oil
    Carrots / garnish
    Isalang ang pressure cooker na may isda.,pag nag whistle na ang pressure cooker, hinaan ang apoy as in super hina sa loob ng 30 mins.. I off ang kalan... ilagay ang carrots saka pakuluan sa loob ng 5 to 10 mins.

    Kapag isinalang po ninyo sa malakas na apoy ang oil sardines na nasa pressure cooker ay nagiging crispy ang kinalalabasan...kaya mahinang mahina lang dapat ang apoy.

    Thank you po sa nagcomment: mukhang maraming naging crispy ang oil sardines..kapag nag whistle na ang pressure cooker hinaan po ang apoy as in super hina para wag kumulo ang olive oil.

    Is it crispy? Im not a filipini si I dont understand what u said but I like my sardines to be slightly crispy.

    To lenghten the shelf life, pressure can it or water bathe it. The shelf life will be 1-2yrs. . . Also, if olive oil is not available, substitute are canola, corn, soya, sesame, sunflower oil... why, because like olive oil, they have distinct flavors, plus they don't solidify on cold temp. . . (At least they don't easily solidify....)

      Edwin Arpon hanggang 3 weeks lang po...opo kailangan po nasa ref kasi matabang lang po ang timpla kaya madaling mapanis.

      Pwede pero hindi lalabot yung mga tinik.. kaya po nya pinresure cooker para pati tinik malambot at hindi na kelangan alisin makakain din.

      Yung pinakita nya nung buksan ang pressure cooker eh bagong bago ang oil.heheh 25 years akong chef so this recipe cannot bullshit me. Be careful guys sa mga i pa follow nyung recipe be sure hindi kayo niloloko.

      Ziad Montaser kailangan po olive oil... pwede mo pong gawin ang 50/ 50 olive oil at vegetable oil

      Ask ko lang gumawa ako kahapon low heat sa presure cooker for 30 minutes then addd 10 minutes lubog cya sa olive oil yung iwashi at ibang ingredients sunog sinunood ko naman yung instruction paano ba maging ganyan sa niluto mo na hindi sunog

      maypassion grosjean, sis baka masyadong Malakas ang apoy ng kalan mo. Kasi pag sinalang mo ang pressure cooker na may isda at olive oil medyo malakas pa ang apoy, però kapag nag whistle na, hihinaan mo na ang apoy as in napakahina... at oorasan mo na ng 30 mins. Then off ang kalan.

      Cooking With mama Betsy induction stove and pressure cooker . I put on high till the first wistle then put on small fire for 30 minutes.

      rey bajar pag nag start na pong mag Whistle ang pressure cooker doon ka mag start ng oras na 30 minutes... mahina Lang po ang apoy para hindi madurog ang isda. Thank you po
