Just start man, don't overthink it. I just said "let me just try, why not, its one life. I lost 130lbs and got in top shape. First thing was finding some physical activity that I actually liked. For me, that was weight lifting, cycling, and walking. Take it easy brother, learn to enjoy the process, don't try to force it too much all the time, just force it when you need to (eg on a day when you're feeling down, or just had a binge on food etc), each day is its own day, and if you still have hours in the day, you can always end it on a high note. The road to success is paved with failure. So you'll end up appreciating the lows and the highs, especially when you think about the end.
I really like Jeff and the vlog squad, I miss the videos. There was definitely some negative stuff off camera it seems but a lot of positive stuff like vardans childhood was probably a lot better for one as a result
