I usually clean with hot water extraction because *most* of my residential customers want it. I usually clean commercial with VLM using either the Challenger or the CRB, depending on the situation.
I vlm commercial carpets not encap them, meaning after i use the crb to scrub then i use a 175 with bonnet to extract the dirt. Using just a crb with encap pre-spray to leave dust behind for somebody else to vacuum later on is just not very attractive to me. But that's just me.
CRB is so satisfying I’d prefer hot water extraction myself but vlm is seldom 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

crb vs orek orbitor? What one works better? And how do you get heat for your electric truckmount?
Very good assessment! I think bonnet was invented because of gdc carpeting.
For CRB What's your chosen brush type?
I was using the blue brushes that came with the machine. They are the only ones I have right now.

So you bonnet at the end (after agitating encap with crb) instead of vacuuming or do you both vacuum and bonnet at the end for best results?
@@matt.163 4 steps. 1) Vacuum 2) Pre-Treat 3) CRB Agitation 4) Bonnet Cleaning
Couldn't you just 1. Vacuum. 2. Pre spray. 3. Crb agitate/encapsulate 4. Final vacuum. ?
Nothing wrong with encapsulation, it looks like you were getting good results.
How much you get paid for that job?
I can't remember the exact amount but it was around $550.
