The Ruined King game basically picks up Miss Fortunes story right after the story in her biography. You should definitely check it out, its' pretty good especially for the lore. While Miss Fortune original voice actor is unknown, you recognised Laura Bailey voicing her in the Legends of Runeterra short. Laura also voices her in The Ruined King, as well as for her Battle Bunny Legendary Skin.
Should definitely do Graves and TF reaction. Very fun characters. Graves used to have a cigar before riot updated him and removed it. Thus the "He quit smoking" and "I'm a non-smoker" references.
She actually is rather ruthless, the whole peppy charm thing is just a front. It's especially noticable in The Ruined King. While I still think that her accepting Viego's deal was an incredibly stupid twist since she just risked her life to stop him, it isn't very out of character for her to go for any opportunity that gives her an advantage.
She has psychological problems related to Gp, she is incredibly afraid of him, although she tries not to show it.She is ready to literally do anything to kill him, she ignited a civil war in the city, she watched people cut each other's throats and did nothing just because they were loyal to the Gp.When she found out that the Gp was alive (to whom they immediately began to swear allegiance when he arrived in the city), she again began to burn and cut everyone connected with him, at least indirectly.This is not like the actions of a healthy person. At the same time, the "Evil and Terrible" Gp, whom the whole city was "afraid" of, kept in it at least some kind of acceptable semblance of law and order for the city of thieves..Although people felt some dissatisfaction when the Pirate King ruled the city, they were not afraid that they might be slaughtered for a few words.
Captain Miss Fortune skin and theme really fits her character much more lore wise (this skin also becoming her main lore skin, which is great). Also Ruined King cinematic also including Miss Fortune with her new updated design.
rewatching these LOR Bilgewater seems like MF planned all of this like Graves missing the trap and intentionally giving TF his escape card.. in order to trap them guys 😂😂😂 ALSO Graves and TF are not just 'FRIENDS' they're more than that per sé 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈

Just to mention "Captain fortune" is a canon skin and her current appearance, her default skin nowadays is past miss fortune.

MF is one of the strongest marksman in the game right now. She loves the lethality stat and those items are really good this patch.
