OMG finally, Loni accepts a compliment. Yaaay, she is really growing I think on the show, especially with her REAL self esteem. Not the self esteem she portrays. She really does look so beautiful with braids.
I agree with Adrienne so so much . I spent so much on weaves and wigs and lost all my edges in the process so my self esteem got really low I felt inadequate without those things it felt like shackles on my head most times so I just decided to shave my hair all off and ive never been so confident im so glad I did it . Also Loni I love your braids

Adrienne answer was that politically correct answer. I really believe that hair can "define" you (lack of a better word). Yall never seen somebody change drastically physically and emotionally/mentally with a new hairstyle? Either become more or less confidence, dress differently or act differently... I know I have had that happened to me before. To the point that made more antisocial cause I didn't like my haircut, I didn't want to leave the house because that meant I had to do something with it. Until this day my hair bothers me, and it stops me from doing a lot of things, it shouldn't but it does.
You said it 👏👏 sometimes when I have to go do some grocery shopping and can't be bothered to try and do something with my hair, I just wear my satin bonnet and call it a day 😁😩
+Telma Sofia Yes I have, I"m actually in that place with myself now, but it took me working on my inner self, get closer to God, my faith, my spirituality, to love myself and the skin I'm in, now I'm fully aligned with God and I'm fearless, so I'll wear my hair however, dress however, and feel confident, but that was simply because I've invested in my soul and who I am, it starts with the interior first, your inner beauty has to shine through in order to get to the outer beauty, not the opposite way around (I think that's where Adrienne was coming from, and a lot of people can relate to that, because everyone's journey to self love is different, because of all our different life experiences), I get an respect where you're coming from, I totally get it, but that's just my perspective, God Bless
