Lovely etching! Would suggest an acid free mat, and new acid free backing. A mat protects your art from damage and condensation. Glass laying directly on artwork will cause that.
Don't get a chance to go antiquing too much my self anymore......but love coming along with you U TUBERS .....you keep me dreaming!!!❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi!! I’m from Michigan too and I love Saugatuck, antiquing and all your finds!! You do a great job and thank you for not playing music in the background! 😊
Thank you so much!
Love your gallery wall of sepia colored etchings, and drawings! It’s beautiful
Thank you so much 😀
Wow that etching was an amazing find! Your previous home was beautiful too and you sure have found some great older pieces, love them all.
Thanks so much!
I love these types of videos! The long, narrow picture you found is a treasure! One of my favorite things from your old house is the grouping of large plants on the end of the kitchen counter.
Can’t wait to get my plants back into the house!
I would have 100% scooped up one of those ironstone pedestal bowls 🥲
They were beautiful!
Love your gallery wall.
Thank you so much!
Wow what fabulous pcs !
Thank you so much!
So tasteful.
Thank you so much!
Love your new etching ✌🏼🌷
Thank you 😊
Fabulous antique store. Hard to find good antique furniture pieces, so many just carry smalls and glassware. Love your gallery wall layout with the combination of black, brown, cream and sepia tones.
Thank you so much!
Oh this is so much fun. I always drawn to artwork and the vintage gilded mirrors. I actually on the hunt for one that will work in my bathroom so I can take down that builder grade mirror 😮😂
Yes!! That would be a pretty swap!
Neat Antique stores.
It seems Michigan has some cool Antique places.
We do!
I grew up in Birmingham MI, but moved to NYC decades ago. Watching your video made me want to hop on a plane, and head to Saugatuck immediately. Fantastic pieces..glad I found your channel.
Glad to have you here!
You are the antiquing queen ❤

I love antique malls, can wander for hours. I rarely buy anything, but occasionally find a bargain.
I’m the same way!
You definitely have some beautiful pieces. I’m looking for an antique cabinet similar to some of yours but so far I haven’t had any luck. Thanks for taking us along.
You’re so welcome!
I love when videos show how they style there thrift and antique finds. Just showing the thrift or antique haul never helps me I need to see how to use it. Thanks great job
You are so welcome!
It amazes me that your cabinet fits JUST BARELY into that cove behind you at the beginning of the video. I'm looking for a 36" cabinet for a 36" cove and can't seem to find what I have in mind! Sarah, if you ever get a chance, please come antiquing in Holly, Michigan! There are two shops owned by the same person called "The Vintage Farmhouse" and "Blue Willow Exchange." Both are AWESOME shops but I'm biased since I have a booth in BWE. Holly's a great little city.
I love finding new places!! It’s on my list!
Very nice !
Thank you very much!
So fun and beautiful! I can't wait to see how you bring your decor pieces into your new home, too.
Thanks so much! 😊
❤❤❤
The etchings in a gallery wall is super cool and smart ❤
Thank you so much!
Loved this!!
I’m so glad!
Great items ❤
☺️❤️
❤ I live in Hudsonville MI, we have a few great places here to shop. Love both your homes and decorating style. I’m inspired
What are your favorite shops?
@@GraceInMySpace
-Rustic market (booths) these are nice cause everything’s already curated and it takes all the hard hunting out even though the hunting can be fun.
-The found cottage (booths)
-New life thrift (love their glassware and the downstairs has baskets/Vases)
-legacy thrift in Kentwood art, glassware and pottery
-rustic market in cutlerville
❤️💫
The first rustic corner (not market) in Georgetown township
I would guess Alabaster on the footed scalloped edge stand.
I was thinking that too.
Everything is BEAUTIFUL and Inspiring! ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
@@GraceInMySpace You're very welcome 😊
Sarah you have some great antique stores near you, how lucky! The way you style your antique and thrifted things is beautiful. In many areas large cabinets and armoirs were quite out of style there for a bit because of smaller homes, and the "mid century modern" trend , among other reasons. You have good taste and a good eye as well as ability to see how a piece can be re-used in a modern home.
Thank you so much!
That etching! 😍
I jumped off of here and immediately hit Marketplace to search for etchings! I love your gallery wall and want to do something similar on our staircase. I like the simplicity of the etchings/sketches.
Have fun hunting!
that was a really terrific antique store....I saw a number of things I would have probably brought home. Your pieces look very nice in your home.
Thank you so much!
I am new to your channel and love your decorating with you beautiful antiques in your home. BTW…I’m pretty sure your newest etching find is by Ernest C. Rost entitled “On the Delaware”. I have a different print of his in my home. Looking forward to enjoying more of your videos.
Oh thank you! That’s amazing.
Love love love your style! You’re so blessed to have such awesome antique stores near you. I love antiquing & thrifting, but I’m running out of room for new things😢 What is the paint color in your bedroom? It’s just what I’m looking for!
Thank you so much!! The paint color is Night Train.
I have some of these. The artist looks very much like it is Charles Volkmar.
Oh, and definitely an etching.
I love knowing this!
What is that color you painted in the primary bedroom in this video. I'm redoing my guest room and that is the perfect color, thanks!!
She has a video doing that bedroom over I recently watched. The color is Night Train by Benjamin Moore
Thanks for helping out!
@@lorithomas3129 thanks!
Hun I have a lot of antiques. And one room is only antiques. Can you give me some ideas with what I have
I have several etchings that are not framed. Would you take them to be professionally framed or can I do it myself? 🤔
Depends on the age! If they are in good shape you can likely reframe yourself. But if they are deteriorating you may want to hire someone skilled in preservation.
Looks like that bowl is alabaster.
I wondered too!
❤❤❤
