The $3-4 was before COVID and they no longer offer this at the moment. I order with my friends, so we split the shipping cost, but yes we order directly from the shops!
I think the brown animal from the first brand that you showed is a quokka! It's a small little animal from Australia that's popular for their smiles! But there's another Korean stationery brand that uses a similar animal and they call him Bloomka, so I'm not sure who is who!

The shipping fee depends on the method you choose and your country. You should dm them on instagram for more info! Payment is using paypal unless you have a Korean bank account 😊
