It is possible to debate without insulting. How do you bring private matters in public where you are watched by the whole world? Must you shout? Must you insult your fellow member? Don't you have dignity? Sually, you mean you can not speak peacefully and give your points in respective manner? You can say no to abuses and still you will be listened to.
