Thank you for posting this for others to enjoy. I love the forest sounds and imagined the creeks and waterfalls. The changes between forest and water are too abrupt and come on louder, disturbing my concentration and my meditation. I’m going to look for more nature meditations, I probably won’t do this one again.

Kind of abrupt change just after 2 minutes in, suddenly, a riverside. Then it goes away after 3:30. Why? The changes are disruptive.
I agree. I had to stop my meditation because it was very distracting for me
